Canvas FAQs and
Specifications
What images are available?
Any image that GAA has the rights to re-sell and is high enough resolution for the desired size. We have millions of available images, and we can set up an online project for the client with selections. We can also use client provided images, so long as they have the right to reproduce the image and it is high enough resolution for the desired size.
How are canvas pieces mounted to the wall?
Canvas art can be mounted to the wall two ways, with a wire hang or with security hardware.
What types of canvas art are available?
Canvas pieces can be produced three ways: (1) gallery wrapped, (2) framed, or (3) float framed. Gallery wrapped canvases are stretched over 2” stretcher bars, with a bleed covering all four edges of the piece.
What are the specifications of your canvas pieces?
We print directly onto artist grade canvas, which allows the texture of the substrate to shine through the imagery. The bright-white, matte-coated surface of our polyester/cotton blend canvas provides a wide color gamut and color consistency needed to fulfill a wide range of art reproduction and photo printing requirements while facilitating stretching and other forms of finishing and display.
Specifications

What is the turnaround time for canvas art production?
Typically, the turnaround time for canvas art pieces is 2-3 weeks.
Who coordinates canvas art installations?
You may choose to find an installer yourself, but we are experts at coordinating low cost, quality canvas installations for clients. We will hire a local, qualified art installer to install your canvas pieces. Our art installer will install the pieces in accordance with our installation instructions and specifications. All installation costs (should you want us to install the art) will be included in the quote provided to the client.
How do I clean canvas pieces once they have been installed?
You can use a soft cloth or feather duster to clean your canvas art. It is not recommended that you use chemicals, cleaners or abrasive cloths on this substrate because their use could cause damage to the canvas.
